Ingredients
- 9 oz. of graham crackers
- 10 1/2 tbsp. of melted butter
- 2 tbsp. of cane sugar
- 7 tbsp. of heavy cream
- 21 oz. of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. of cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 1 tbsp. of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 7 oz. of sour cream
Directions
- Crush the graham crackers, mix cane sugar and melted butter. Butter pan - cover bottom & sides to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator for 1hr or place in the freezer for 30 min.
- Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, cornstarch, eggs, 1/2 sugar, lemon, 2 pinches of salt. Pour on top of crust. Cook at 350F for 30 min.
- Mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour on top of the cake forming a layer. Put back in the oven for 5 min. at 360F then cool.
